I am in the same boat. I have a Discharged BK 7 - 2nd Home Equity Line holding everything up.
US Bank started off by giving me an email address - 760JrLien@usbank.com - After 10 emailed complete packages and still no response.
I used this Fax # 886.843.7098 which I have no idea where it lands within US Bank. But it did get me a call back from the Release Dept after faxing to this number 886.843.7098.
After three straight weeks of getting the run around. I finally called my Nevada Senator - Dean Heller - Who actually sits on the Senate Bank Committee. My hope is his Rolodex is a lot Bigger than my own.
Presently, I am working through the regular Loss Mitigation and on my third relationship manager in a week.
