      Freddie Mac's number is 800-373-3343.  Anyone who answers(if you have to wait 10-15 minutes) will be able to assist.

    True, but, well, as i understood it, she was like the head cheese @ Freddie Mac for these approvals. Not sure though.

    No, I only had her direct number. I didn't try to press "0" and get anyone else though.

    I was able to speak to Ireen Voeller- she gave me her decision- would not work with me- and she also told me that i could call her back if i needed to- i needed to but she never returned my phone calls.
