Actually, unless there is specific language in the affidavit, a buyer can re sell to whomever they want after the title seasoning referred to in the affidavit is up. This is usually 90 days max. Whom the buyer sells to after that is none of the banks business.

That's correct, it's been three years and now he want's to purchase the home that once belonged to him.
