Hello All,
I have a call scheduled this evening with a Bank of America short sale representative to discuss the groundbreaking, deficiency waiving approval letter we recently received.
Please comment with questions you would like to have answered.  I will definitely report back on what we are able to find out.  We are most interested in gauging the likelihood of this becoming more frequent and under what circumstances should we anticipate such a response.
