I went to their website and there is no way to contact them. Their website is worthless but it appears that they are a short sale negotiation company from the little info that they have on their site. Did you google them?
I was approached by them to negotiate short sale transactions with banks and MI's. They want me to sign a subcontractor agreement, and then represent their clients. I'm not sure I want to do that. It doesn't seem like it's the same type of arrangement as providing BPO services to a third party. I looked up the whois, and its private, which was a red flag. I don't want to get caught up in any mess.
All the best,
Kieran

Kieren,
May or may not be a good thing. Do some more research and ask for plenty of references. Are they part of a real estate company or are they trying to sell leads to you
Kieran. The first place to start is Google. This is a pretty generic name so I'm sure there are more than one company with this name. You should also be able to find info for the LLC in the public records of the State the LLC was registered.

Kieran, can you list what your concerns are? We've had several discussions on this site about whether or not you're dealing with a scammer.
