What can you show the SS Lender as POF for a buyer that has a "Sale of Buyer's Property" contingency and will be using the funds from the home sale to purchase the SS property? Will a seller Net Sheet suffice? Thank you.

They normally will not accept a contingency contract. If the buyer's house already has a contract on it, that's a different story.
Bibi,
The best bet would be to speak to the negotiator to see exactly what they need in this situation. An additional item to provide may be a letter of explanation signed by the buyers to help the mortgage servicer fully understand what is taking place.

That should work. Or a HUD. Good luck getting the short sale lender to "get it". Not sure I would do a contingency contract on a short sale. But of course all markets are different. We have too many available buyers to have to bother with complicated contracts. Good luck!!!
