My PNC primary has verbally approved but is waiting for the PNC secondary before they issue written approval. The file has been in with PNC well over two months and they havent even LOOKED at it yet. when we call we get "the negotiator has 200 files and we just don't have time!!!!" Meanwhile, the buyer is about to walk. Anyone have ANY decent contacts for the HELOC dept or second lien dept?
The people I have are not working.
