PNC Bank

Has anyone had much luck with the second mortgage department with PNC (formerly National City). I have a short sale where the sellers have a $105,000 second mortgage. What has been your experience?

Jim, you indicated that the "PNC negiator [SIC] realized I was correct in saying that they wouldn't have recieved [SIC] any funds if it went that route".  Can you share the contact information for the negotiator and any other useful PNC contacts? Thanks.
