PNC Bank 2nd Refusal on 85+% Pay-Off

We were surprised to receive a quick decline of a sale which pays off 85% of the PNC second. Is this their standard approach to try to get seller contributions?

This is odd, submit it again and see what happens....ask them what they want and about PMI

Thanks Becky. Do you know if they have a limit on the commissions? Wondering if this is the issue.
