PNC 2nd deficiency waiver contact needed

Hi everyone,

I have a Fannie 1st that wont allow any deficiency from the 2nd lender which is PNC.  The counselor we are working with is a bit difficult and although we are attempting to get PNC to waive this,we are having no luck.  

Does anyone have any recent contact with in PNC that they can share so we may reach out and get help with this waiver?  We have even pushed the concept that if this file is sent to the CFPB as a complaint, the CFPB will see PNC is non- compliant!

Thanks for any help you can extend!  Greatly appreciated.

    I don't believe PNC is under any obligation to cooperate.
