Hello, I am taking on a new listing where the lender is PNC on both mortgages. Just curious if anyone has worked with PNC Heloc short sale department and their advise....
On the first mortgage I can make that whole but the 2nd mortgage I would need to request a short sale. any advise would be great ;) THX!

They work files the traditional method outside of equator and representative should be able to utilize email. The short sale sounds pretty cut and dry if the 1st is made whole and the 2nd is shorted. It will all come down to the 2nd's position and how much equity they feel they have and what the payoff being offered to them is.
