Please Help....

I have a deal with BOA HAFA...we have been ready to fund since Monday and I have been waiting for the approval letter with a change of closing date since last Thrusday. We need to close by tomorrow because we are up againist a sale date next week. The negotiator placed a request for the date change since last week and HAFA has not responded. Does anyone know a direct contact number for the HAFA department or upper management???

    I was going to suggest moving Sale Date first, then working on the COE extension.

    I still have not received the revised letter. Thank goodness they did extend the foreclosure date. I contacted Fannie Mae directly...we will see if this gets resolved so that I can fund and record this asap. The buyers are threatening to cancel if not resolved soon.
