Anyone ever heard of Platinum Group Services? My company introduced them to help agents negotiate the short sale and I was not impressed with their presentation nor do I intend on using their services. Other agents have asked me and I had not heard of them prior.

    My kids love Pizza King! We have one here in Zionsville...but they have removed the little train that delivers drinks in most of them!

    I am a management grad.  Still have family in Indiana but I had to get out of the cold. Love Purdue and miss Pizza King!

    Jeff, I hate to change the subject too, but I am a Purdue grad as well.  Computer Science...which actually was best thing for me getting into real estate/internet marketing!

     

    Kristin, I own a 3 bedroom home in Lafayette I've owned since college that I rent out..

    My company negotiates short sales for agents and we have taken over a HGUE number of agent's business FROM both Platinum and TItanium SOlutions....as you noted, agest were just not happy with their services.

    Thanks for the reply. I am not looking to outsource just curious because my company brought in their services. I get a lot of in house referrals and am a little aggravated to have to compete with my own company. That's the super short version anyway.
