Many companies are forming start-up divisions or repositioning current servicing strategies to support more cost effective disposition and sale of toxic or non performing assets. These assets are sometimes referred to as REO which most of you are aware. Once these assets are under the control of the investor, after being acquired in a bulk transaction,  these properties must be remarketed by a host of redistribution company channels and strategies some working regionally better than others. They are referred to as services, sub servicers and may even be investors.

 

Many of these firms consult with select agents as part of their exit strategy to resell these "scratch and dent assets" and top agents are considered valuable and strategic to these investors core business of selling assets.

 

I am working on a consulting report for a client and who would like to collect information on firms which Short Sale Superstars Agents are working with several better known names are Titaninium, National Quick Sales and Kandar to name a few. There are many players. Please post your comments good and bad why you liked working for these companies and whether or not you would represent their short sale or REO listing in the future and what you would suggest as a necessary change to provide contract, settlement, and make greater transactional volume possible in your REO business ?
