  • Waiver of deficiency. Higher pay out to 2nd lien holders (easier approval). $3000 incentive to tenant if needed to move out. If its BOA or Chase they may be eligable for the big incentives if initiated prior to an offer.
  • Waiver of deficiency is the only thing I can think of.
