Hi I have an out of state investor that might get HAFA approval. I really don’t know the benefits of a non-owner occupied seller going HAFA. Please help.

Waiver of deficiency. Higher pay out to 2nd lien holders (easier approval). $3000 incentive to tenant if needed to move out. If its BOA or Chase they may be eligable for the big incentives if initiated prior to an offer.
