ocwen communications

i have been working with ocwen on a short sale process for 2 month now i have a sale date coming up and i am still getting the same answer from them that it is still in review i heard about ron ferris the evp of ocwen that he is been helping agents but not in my case i left him a message like 4 times by now but i am not getting any call back please i need any advice.
