Ocwen Bank, First they kept saying they needed documents that I had already sent. that went on for a month. Now, They have all the documents. They say they're waiting on approval from the investor. They're in India Who can I call to get help, This is now going on 3 months

They do have some offices which are not outsourced. Typically, we just reach out to one of our escalation contacts to avoid having to deal with the lower level reps who often are difficult to communicate with.
