I'm new to this forum, but have an Ocwen Question. Has anyone ever closed a short sale with Ocwen when the buyer has a home sale contingency? I know in general banks do not do this...but wondering if anyone has any experience with Ocwen.

i concur. i'd generally advise my client to pass.
Should be okay to my understanding as long as both sales line up. The sales lining up could become the tricky part.
