Ocwen and a Home Sale Contingency

I'm new to this forum, but have an Ocwen Question. Has anyone ever closed a short sale with Ocwen when the buyer has a home sale contingency? I know in general banks do not do this...but wondering if anyone has any experience with Ocwen.

    Pass. Why would you want to tie up the seller for over 90 days, then the buyer walks?

    Should be okay to my understanding as long as both sales line up. The sales lining up could become the tricky part.
