Anyone have a good escalation number for Ocwen? I am having a really tough time with their collection company Nationwide on 2nd lien.

Crystal, what happens when you call in to the short sale department at Ocwen? Are they telling you they can't help (they no longer own the loan)? In my experience, when a loan has been turned over to collections, you are "stuck" dealing with the collection agency and they can be very nasty. If the collection agency "purchased" the loan for pennies on the dollar, Ocwen is out of the picture and has moved on. You may need to look for someone to escalate to at Nationwide.
