No notary in China?

I have a Nationstar file that is set to close today, but the buyers lived in China.  Beside the SS Affidavit, some of the closing docs will also need to be notarized, is there no notary in China?  Is there any way we can get around this?

    Thank you Wayne and Ron for the advice, in this case I have also reached out to the negotiator at NationStar and they will allow the buyer to just sign the SS Affidavit without getting it notarize.

    They can go the closest American Embassy..
