I have a new listing for a short sale. Couple has divorced, wife has already remarried. Should I continue to use her previous married name on documentation, listing agreement etc? The lender is still showing previous married name.

I use both. Use the new name then "formerly...... Have her sign both ways.
If you are using equator be sure to enter her name as it is on the loan
