You know it is ironic that when I fill out bpo's they always ask me what the listing is listed for, I've never seen on that DIDN'T ask that question. Many ask for a whole listing history price report. Of course none of these were done directly for BofA, most are farmed out through third party bpo companies.
In short, this is awesome! A reasonably logical method! I'd say refusing to allow referrence to the subject's listing price is ill-founded, but this is the first servicer that has taken this broad of a step.
I disagree. It's asking us to do their own due diligence. I wonder if their own intial valuation that's oft time flawed is so detailed.
