We have submitted CMA's and letter from buyer that offer is "highest and best" this investor is going to see from anyone! Yet - BOA Equator counter offer keeps coming back at a ridiculous rate..Can not get the BOA negotiator to call me back..Where do you go from here?? Buyer is getting ready to walk because they can buy a "better" home for the offer - but they were willing to pay for this one, despite poor condition because they liked the lot.
