Negotiate out state short sales

Good afternoon,

I am hoping you guys can assist me.  I am a Broker Associate in Florida who also negotiates short sales via a title company here in Florida.  One of my clients has two properties in Georgia that he wants to short sale.  Can I do this? I know Georgia is a Mutual State, but I am not licensed there yet.  I will only be handling the short sale negotiations not the listing and selling.

    You can definitely negotiate in GA and there are several ways to make a commission on the deal as well.
