Need to escalate a file with Bayview Loan Servicing

Does anyone have a contact to escalate a file with Bayview. I have been working with them on a file since December. Negotiator was fired a month ago. Before he left he submitted the file for MI approval. It was a complete file. 2 weeks ago, I was assigned a new negotiator. Last week, he told me all I needed were 3 documents and he would resubmit the file for MI Approval. Yesterday, he contacted me to tell me I needed to provide all updated documents from square one. The sheriff sale has now been scheduled, the buyer is looking for a different property. I have had many bad experiences with various lenders, but this one takes the cake.

 

Please Help! FYI, I have contacted the supervisor for this department several times, no response.

I wish I could give you a positive answer! Unfortunately, I've had the same bad experience. I called the original lien servicer (it was BofA in my case) and complained about Bayview's lack of service and communication. That seemed to help, so may be worth a try? After all, Bayview is working for the servicer as a hired hand.

Bayview is totally inefficient when it comes to short sales. I have been going thru the same thing with Bayview since last August! They keep saying it's still being reviewed by either M.I. or the investor and continue to want Extensions and updated HUDs and documents and, of course, the appraisal is no good after 90 days and the process starts all over again. I'm on my 4th Negotiator!

Wrote a letter to the 3 top execs of Bayview and never received the courtesy of a reply in writing or by phone. Same thing over and over again and we haven't even gotten to first base. Meanwhile, the vacant property continues to deteriorate. Someone is surely milking the system at Bayview!

Desperately seeking someone to escalate this issue to. Would appreciate any contact information and/or other suggestions.
