Hello Agents:

I shorted a Client's property in California and he is referring me to his friend who has a condo in Mid Town, Atlanta, Georgia.  Located at 13th street.

She wants an Agent to short her property.  Her Lenders are BOFA and Green Tree.  She is current on her mortgage.
