What package? There is no standard package for Saxon, unless you are doing HAFA short sale, but with that you can get the required documents from HAFA website. Submit- sales contract, listing agreement, hardship letter, 2 -yrs tax returns, 2 - months bank statement, 2 current paystub, HUD-1, buyer's approval letter.. Good luck...as Saxon is one of the worst servicer out there...
