It will be 2 weeks since the negotiator forwarded the offer to the investor on a 2nd lien...and still no response! The 1st which was also with Morgan Stanley has responded. Now the negotiator will not answer calls or email. I called Morgan Stanley and they would not put me through to anyone but the voicemail of the negotiator! What can I do to get this 2nd lien investor to respond??? Or get someone besides the negotiator at Morgan Stanley to help find out what the hold up is! The buyer is going to walk!
