short sale is stuck and contact at H&R Block Bank (M.B.) will not budge on what she will allow to 2nd lender and also will not allow contribution to 2nd from buyer. Does anyone have contacts or experiences with H&R that can help me, they are small and nobody I have talked to have dealt with them. Thanks
