Hey fellow colleagues, I have a couple short-sales with Nationstar and for this one particular deal, the negotiators I ahve been assigned to, are extremely slowin responding and are never available to communicate with.  I started this in September and I folow up consistently.  In November the proposed foreclosure date was March 2013, however my Seller informed me that she saw it advertised in the paper that it was Jan. 2nd!!!  I inquired about this with Nationstar several times and they kept telling me that there was no date set but I called the attorney's office myself and there was still one activiely scheduled.  It wasnt until last week that nationstar realized that it was set for Jan 2nd and now claiming that they cannot stop it unless they had an approval! 

Now I am stuck.....does anyone have the escalations number or contact that I can reach out to?  Please advise ASAP if possible.
