    Are you the listing agent?  Did you personally create your online account through the equator system?  If so, you should not have any problem communicating with the assigned negotiator on your short sale file.  There are several ways to communicate with them...their contact information is listed in the equator (email and telephone number) and you can also communicate with them through the Message Board.  I've never had a problem communicating.... You must have an authorization on file to speak. This is the first document that is requested before any other documents are requested from the lender int he equator system.  I hope this helps.

      Lisa, thanks so much for sharing.  I have disputed several values with BOA, and have been doing short sales from before there were any classes or designations, and this is the FIRST time I heard about a dispute form.  It is now in my data base, and I will use it.  Thanks again.  I head up the short sale division here at Keller Williams in Destin FL

    Hi Lisa-  I just went through this.  I cannot figure out how to attach a file here.  Give me your email and I will send you the dispute form my B of A Negotiator emailed me to fill out.  Also, I called and asked for a Senior Negotiator and she called me back in 24 hours and said she would order a new appraisal.  The Senior Negotiors are all in one location and their office number is 877-824-0978

    Lisa did you try twitter for help or jigsaw for contacts.   As much as we want to help, it is very difficult for us to give up escalation contacts that we have worked to get.  Do some research, find the CEO email and go to jigsaw and try to find as many emails as you can and start sending.
