I have a listing in Deltona, a 3/2 had it for about 2 years. Had it under contract a few times, the bank always wanted more $$$. I have not reduced the price in a while. I think I need an agent in that area that might have some investors that would be able to work some magic with this listing.

I need an agent that has closed several short sales and that will take care of my clients. I DO NOT want a referral, Just someone to take care of my clients and get it under contract and work BOA and the second (servicer for HSBC, I think it's LBPS).
