my SS was originally BOFA from Countrywide. Have had this since May 2009, sold multiple times. Now have a good cash offer in since June and being handled by SLS...Just found out through BOFA contact that they sold paper to Bank of New York Mellon...Since I am trying to escalate (getting the run around from SLS since JUNE 2012) I was wondering if anyone had contact info for NY Bank Mellon.

Hi Ron, Thanks for the reply. I am the Agent for the seller. Seller has already applied and been denied any possible Hafa. This is the only lienholder and we are asking for a short sale. I didnt put too much here because its been a very long and drawn out process. I have closed several Short Sales that were long but nothing like this. It is a condo which went to foreclosure for condo fees, then they couldnt actually sell it because owner still owned it. BOFA then came in and "dewinterized" what I had winterized and left the water on for several days causing it to become full of mold and some of the walls and ceilings have now been removed. THey then sold the paperwork to NY Bank Mellon which is using SLS to manage. I am totally frustrated but determined to see it through. Thanks again!
Hi Ron, Again let me thankyou for your response. Unbelievably I JUST got an approval!!! I am ready to have a heart attack! Was going into the fourth year.......:)
