Hi,

My friend is trying to pay her late mortgage with Chase. She doesn't want to short sell her home. I am trying to get a good number for her to call so she can send her check into the bank. She ran into some financial trouble with her sick mom that lives with her but now she has the money to get her mortgage up to date. She tried to send her payment to Chase but they sent it back. Someone please help! Thanks!
