Need a contact at US Bank

I have a file where US Bank is the 2nd. They are being extremely unreasonable as usual. The transaction provides $9000 at closing of the $30,000 loan amount and seller is willing to sign a prom note for the difference. Loss Mit will not even respond to my requests. They insist on placing a lien on seller's other assets which are valued at less than the amount of the deficiency.

I desperately need a name, email, fax # for anyone at US Bank to escalate to. Loss Mit refuses to escalate to anyone.
