I checked the bank info and didn't see Nationwide mortgage listed. Has anyone had any transactions with them and were they successful?

No updates to this post almost a year ago Short Sale Superstars? Does anyone out there have any information on this servicer (lienholder)?...prospecting an underwater seller right now and would appreciate any information out there. Has this bank been purchased by a bigger bank(?) What's up?

Just got my first short sale with this bank. It's going to be FHA. There is really nothing available at their website without logging in as a Borrower. The website references a "financial worksheet", but again, without logging in as a Borrower, it's not possible to view it. I am asking my Seller client to log in and see what she can find for me.
