Nationstar Short Sale Approvals

How long does it take for Nationstar to approve your Short Sale.  I got back to them in 2 days the private BPO and had a contractor come out to the house and give me an estimate on the work that needs to be done.  Now it has been 2 weeks and still nothing.  I would like them to approve or counter my offer.  Any idea how long the process will take?

    The only problem is there is nothing in Equator and the buyer is at there mercy. I have only purchases one other short sale thru BOA and it took 3 months to close. I only buy 2 houses a year and if the do not get moving here shortly I will see what is out there that a REO

    No short sale is the same.  If you want to find out whats going on have the negotiator call the Nationstar contact and ask.  I would assume you'll hear something shortly.
