Question: I haven't seen much discussion about Nationstar lately. I have a client who is thinking of making an offer on a Short Sale with Nationstar as the lender.

Nationstar as a lender is relatively easy to deal with. I think it will come down to the investor on the loan, the value the obtain on the property, and if there are additional liens on title.

They are using Equator right now which I like. Find out who the investor is.
