Nation Star and the Investor have agreed to the offer price however the MI company is digging their heels in and wanting contributions from the sellers. The sellers have countered to a lower contribution amount and Nation Star is stating that it could take several weeks to hear back from the MI company the offer was submitted in July. Does anyone have any suggestions or experience with MI companies.
