I canned my short sale process in a short podcast w/ blog post.

Curious if anybody has feedback or would like to swipe it?  Particularly on the Google doc / short sale checklist I provide my clients.  Link below,

FYI.  My first client to use the accordion folder got back a hold of me and told me how awesome it was to use.  I basically say sort your mail over the folder and place docs in there.  Then the checklist goes inside the folder organizing everything in one location.
