MORTGAGE DEBT RELIEF ACT RENEWAL for 2014?

Here we go again, waiting to see if Congress will extend the MORTGAGE DEBT RELIEF ACT in2014?

Has anyone heard any favorable comments, what's NAR impact thus far? Like most of you, i have multiple Short Sales projected to COE in early 2014. This verdict on the extension jeopodizes the Sellers intention to go forward if not extended. Please respond with your updates. Thank you- Bob
