I have just had a contract declined, as the "buyer's signature was dated prior to the 5 day GSE MLS requirement. The seller(borrower) executed the contract Day 5. Servicer is saying Buyer's signature must be at least 5 days also. The Florida sales Contact Sets and effective date (Freddie Loan). Freddie bulletin Does not mention "buyer"s date. .
Any input?

I've seen this happen a few times. all dates need to be out 5 business days and a weekend. If you make the corrections will they accept the buyer or did they flag them?
