We all know or heard of a client that has a Auction Date coming while they're in the loan mod process, one of my client is with MetLife trying to do a loan mod for the last 8 months now with the typical "please send us updated docs" phase. He has been out of work for 3 years, but both him and his wife have jobs now and can afford the house. I was wondering if someone has a contact at MetLife to help with completing the loan mod and save his home. Thank you so much.
