    It was a pretty good transaction. We closed in December after our first offer fell thru. They took care of the subsequent offer rather quickly. No complaints on my end.

    Our offer was submitted to PHH last week (1st and 2nd) so now we will see how it goes. What price point is your home? Mine is in the 750K to 1M range.

    I don't even have an offer on the property yet.. right now they just want an offer before they can proceed. I may try to submit this thru Fannie Mae HAFA program but they still don't know what is going on, even tho this should be up and running by Aug. 1st. I will keep everyone posted.

    Yes, I think it will be great.. I just found this site over the weekend so I am still getting my feet wet on how to use it. :)

    Elise, I have the same situation right now. Merrill Lynch/PPH Mortgage and just got an offer in on the short sale property. I haven't worked with this lender before so let me know if you want to share information.
