M & T Bank

Hello fellow Superstars! Has anyone had any experience (good or bad) with M & T  Bank?  I have two files I need to work with them and seem to be getting the HUGE runaround.  Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

    we are working one with them......having an appraisal issue with them and the Investor (I can ASSURE YOU it will get worked out)

    I would give them a "B" for performance, no strong feelings good or bad with M & T.
