Happy Friday all SS superstars! I'm beginning a short sale with M & T bank in AZ. Does someone have a M & T, 3rd party authorization form or are we to make up our own? Please share SS experiences with this bank! Thanks

I had a good experience with M&T Bank, they asked that the homeowner call in first and request the SSP.

M&T allows you to use your own authorization - fax to 716-848-3748.
I know a lot of M&T bank's SS go to Bayview Loan Servicing. Bayview is in Florida and Texas and their direct # is 877-587-4683.
