Looking for someone in help with short sale

Need recommdation for short sale help in the Maryland area. I have a property listed with BOA/HAFA program. Haven't had any showings for over 6 weeks and BOA has indicated since its under the HAFA program they can't lower the price. Properties are selling cheaper for brand new homes in this community.

         What exactly are you looking for, a Buyer? What exactly do you mean by short sale help ?
