As mentioned, I will be presenting on short sales at the American Land Title Annual Conf. in October. In preparation for the seminar, I have been looking unsuccessfully for volume data on short sales. I would like to be able to present to the presumably national audience what the opportunities may be in their areas.
What I have found is that neither our state's (FL) realtor association nor the national association collects that data. I would be much obliged if anyone has any resources to which they could point. Thanks in advance!
