Did you ever get any answers on this? Have clients that have been approved for MHA loan mod made 4 payments were told last month they would received permanent paper work in mail by end of May for effective 6/1/2011 date, NOTHING came. then they contact rep and he says he doesnt have answer but now system shows Perm mod effective 7/1/2011 and they called me today and still nothing.
Do you have a contact at Bank of america? My clients are extremly stressed and just want this situation done.
