Listing Agent is Buyer of Short Sale

Is this still possible with the Arm's Length Disclosure?

It is as long as it's fully disclosed to all parties and the lender will more than likely not pay a commission. May be easy just to have another agent handle the listing.

We have had a few files like this... the lender has always made the file be reassigned to a different agent.
